Hazelbrook Community Center is a one-of-a-kind, recovery and re-entry community that provides housing, case management, peer support, job training, education and other resources at no cost! Hazelbrook Community Center offers boxing, weightlifting, fitness and art as a platform for individuals to express themselves in a positive way. The vision at Hazelbrook Community Center is that we are all ONE and that people who are looking for a new way of life can come to Hazelbrook Community Center and make new friends, build new habits, improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life and strive to reach their full potential.
