Access to other appropriate services include family advocacy, supervised visitation/safe exchange program, fatherhood program, access to health and nutrition programs and access to licensed child care and early learning services.
When you don’t have your basic needs—housing, food, transportation—it’s really hard to do all the things you need to do to meet your parole obligations. Taking away that feeling of constant emergency and crisis was really what our WAGEES program has done for a variety of people coming out of incarceration.
