The Latino Coalition for Community Leadership (LCCL) serves as the Administrator of the Colorado WAGEES program and awards WAGEES grants to Colorado-based nonprofit organizations through a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process, as recommended by the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) – Division of Adult Parole. Proposals are solicited periodically and are specifically intended for region(s) of the state identified by the CDOC as having a significant number of returning community members who would benefit from community-based reentry programming. When available, call(s) for proposals are posted on this Colorado WAGEES website and the LCCL website under the heading Active RFPs when they are available.
